The staff were friendly and professional, and I felt confident leaving my luggage here while exploring the area. • It's just a karaoke bar. There were no posters outside saying that luggage storage was available, so I had to check reviews for a long time and even ask a staff member inside to confirm that it was a luggage storage area. Aside from the signage being a bit clearer, there were no other issues.

  • Good experience. But the locational is a little bit hard to find, lol. It takes me some time to realize it's in a karaoke store. The staff is pretty patient to foreign customer, and help me a lot with the luggage check in. One things worth other to notice is that bounce only accepts online reservation, and it can only be paid online which takes me lots of time figure out the payment.

  • Fantastic little coffee shop; used it for bounce luggage storage. Owner(s) were very friendly and accommodating, the shop itself is located about a 2 minute walk from Asukasa station (if you’re going to or from Narita Airport this is the station you’ll want to use). Can’t recommend enough and will absolutely be using again if I’m ever back in that part of Japan!

  • I highly recommend it. The Metro coin lockers were all occupied and too small for our luggage. I was able to book and check in the space directly. It was stored cleanly and tidily. I was also able to extend the time online free of charge. Simply perfect!
