Good price and convenient location. Staff provided good service. This location is also a BIG ECHO karaoke as well, so they staff are doing double duty, so it may or may not be very quick.

It was very easy to understand and I was able to use it smoothly 👍 It was also great that I could use the karaoke to kill time after picking up my luggage. I was able to relax and recover in a private room. I recommend it.

Fast and convenient

I was glad I could sightsee in Asakusa without being burdened by luggage!

Good experience. But the locational is a little bit hard to find, lol. It takes me some time to realize it's in a karaoke store. The staff is pretty patient to foreign customer, and help me a lot with the luggage check in. One things worth other to notice is that bounce only accepts online reservation, and it can only be paid online which takes me lots of time figure out the payment.

Easy and very helpful staff. The location is just next to the Asakusa Station, in front of the main road.

My first Bounce booking for a total of 12 days. Admittedly, I was initially skeptical about whether my suitcase would be safely stored for that long. However, I must say that the service was excellent and the entire process was very quick. The Big Echo staff took the suitcase and scanned the QR code, completing the check-in. They also took a photo of the suitcase and uploaded it to the app for me to view. Pickup was just as straightforward. I can therefore highly recommend this service!
