Easy drop off, pictures taken of luggage tag and luggage and is automatically uploaded onto your app no need for a ticket to come back and claim. And just as easy to get your luggage back. This was the best so we didn't have bring are 3 large suitcases on the bullet train and just bring our carry on. We're a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids which made this service convenient. I would recommend to everyone travelling in Japan.
