Luggage delivery to and from Tokyo

Its my first time using this service and i had my doubts but i was proved wrong! Amazing!

Our bags arrived early and were at our hotel waiting for us in our room

Despite two taiphoons the bag arrived safely and in time

While communication was a little challenging with the field office, we managed through translation apps and they were very friendly. The bags arrived in 1 day when the site said 2 days, which was awesome and our hotel in Chiba already had them in our room.

Consider putting up a sign at the pick up location. That was off the street in a back corner - walked around the block for 20 minutes before we saw a black cat cart go by

The service providers at the store in Kyoto were amazing!! Helpful and friendly, the process was seamless!!

The service itself was easy and our bags were delivered to the hotel without an issue. It is worth pointing out the office is not in the station at all though - you go 5 mins past the east exit to an office elsewhere.

It was a very smooth process. I was able to drop off and pick up at the Yamato locations nearby the hotels. As a first timer of using the luggage transport service and needed to transport from Tokyo to Kyoto, I was nervous. But, it was an easy process from submitting my request to picking up my luggages.

Drop off location was not clearly labeled, had to ask directions.

When more than one packet to send, it was bit confusing that app informs "try again" when you need to take photo of next receipt. Tried to take photo of the same receipt several times before realized it meant to I need to take photo of the next receipt

Very easy to locate with uber cases dropped off with ease

It was really easy once I figure out the way it worked. They inly thing was the abailibility to be deliver to the hotel, I had to chnage the date for an day earlier and contacted the hotel to confirm was ok.

The staff at the drop off office was really helpful and friendly. It was easy and quick.

First of all, Bounce moved quickly and helped me out when I needed to rush my shipment because of a family emergency. I deeply appreciate this. However, I would urge that Bounce make clearer that individuals picking up their baggage through Yamato will also need their Yamato pickup number. I had to make two trips to the pickup center because I didn't have it initially.

It was a little hard to find the locations like the one in tokyo by the daiso store. There was no indication it was down a small street on the side of the building. Otherwise our experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and our stuff arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition.

I highly recommend the receptionist; she's very kind and does excellent work. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! 🫰🏾✨

Super helpful staff

At the Prince Hotel, the deposit could be a little better indicated.

Worked out perfectly and very simple to drop after we exited Immigration/Customs in Haneda. Allowed to go to Kyoto with carry-on bags and have our checked luggage waiting for us at our hotel in Tokyo when we check in a few days later.
