Luggage storage Tokyo Station Yaesu North Exit

The service was great! I am an anxious traveler, and I don’t like leaving my belongings behind, so I was nervous about using this service and leaving them behind at this location, but everything was wonderful! The workers were friendly and spoke English and answered all of my questions. The luggage was secure and they had a system for drop off and pick up that made it easy. I would definitely use Bounce again and store this location.

This was a good service. You go onto the app, book your bags I , they scan the bar code and off you go. They scan your bar code at pickup to retrieve your luggage and you are on your way.

The service was also very fast, which was especially helpful when we were traveling with multiple bags. And the location is a huge plus — it’s very close to Tokyo Station, making it extremely convenient if you’re catching a train or heading to the airport. Highly recommend this place if you need somewhere safe and convenient to store your luggage in Tokyo. Would definitely use them again!

WOW, what an amazing service to have and use. Easy to book on the app with your sign-in. Easy drop off, pictures taken of luggage tag and luggage and is automatically uploaded onto your app no need for a ticket to come back and claim. And just as easy to get your luggage back. This was the best so we didn't have bring are 3 large suitcases on the bullet train and just bring our carry on. We're a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 kids which made this service convenient. I would recommend to everyone travelling in Japan.

We dropped off one suitcase to store for two weeks. Online registration and payment were very easy to use. The clerk at the counter were very professional and accommodating. Even though there were other customers, we were in and out in 10 minutes. After two weeks, it only took them 10 minutes to locate our suitcase, and we were through in 15 minutes. No damage to the suitcase. Great service to use if you have luggage you don't want to move around with you.
