Really easy process from booking, finding the store and then returning to pick up. Stored our large suitcase near Tokyo Station for 7 days so we could travel freely to other cities. Would definitely use this service again!

Was very easy, paid online and got my QR code. Staff was helpful and the facility is open late. Plus it’s a karaoke bar so you can stay and sing a bit!!

Dropping off and picking up luggage was very convenient. The prices are fair and cheaper than the lockers directly in the train station.

Very quick and easy service! The bags were stored just to the side but it still felt very safe because there was a lot of other luggage’s there, security cameras, and always staff around. 5 mins walk to the airport limousine station too!

Easy to find. Well organized, but a very popular/busy location. Staff took a while (10-15 minutes) to locate and bring my bag, but they were pleasant and volunteered to throw away some trash I had, which in Japan is a very nice touch!
