This place seems to be the best for storing luggage near Tokyo Station. The prices are affordable, and it's super convenient if you book and pay in advance.

Fast service and friendly! Great proximity to nearby stations.

Very convenient and hassle-free! Definitely using it next time!

Was great 👍 In my opinion worth the money.

Very quick and easy to access

They took care of everything perfectly. Easy to drop off and pick up.

Easy to find Easy and good reception

Staff were very nice and friendly. I usually like to keep my belongings with me at all times but I knew this was not the best idea whilst travelling around Japan. It felt very safe leaving a suitcase in Bounce. I was delayed in my pick-up day by 30 min and that was not an issue at all, thank you very much!

The service was great! I am an anxious traveler, and I don’t like leaving my belongings behind, so I was nervous about using this service and leaving them behind at this location, but everything was wonderful! The workers were friendly and spoke English and answered all of my questions. The luggage was secure and they had a system for drop off and pick up that made it easy. I would definitely use Bounce again and store this location.

Very accommodating staff. Excellent customer service

very easy a little hard to find but overall a good experience!

The staff were very helpful, and both check-in and check-out were completed very quickly.

This was a good service. You go onto the app, book your bags I , they scan the bar code and off you go. They scan your bar code at pickup to retrieve your luggage and you are on your way.

Absolutely great experience! The whole process was incredibly easy and convenient from start to finish. Booking was super fast and straightforward, and the staff was very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. They were respectful, friendly, and made everything completely hassle-free. The service was also very fast, which was especially helpful when we were traveling with multiple bags. And the location is a huge plus — it’s very close to Tokyo Station, making it extremely convenient if you’re catching a train or heading to the airport. Highly recommend this place if you need somewhere safe and convenient to store your luggage in Tokyo. Would definitely use them again!

The workers are so attentive and dropping off the luggage was super easy!

Kind and super fast!

I highly recommend it. Everything is safe and efficient. Close to the subway and Shinkansen stations.

Very efficient and effective way to store luggage and explore Tokyo before checking into your hotel.

It's all very simple, they give you a website and you book online, generating a QR code.

Easy to use and close to station. Factor in extra time for reception.

The service was very polite and smooth, which I really appreciated! It was also conveniently located near the station!
