Friendly staff, fast service and easy to find. Just go to the 5th floor and have the QR code ready.

Easy to find location, and check-in was fast. Location is close to Shinjuku Station which made it convenient for us before catching a train. This facility is able to take large suitcases which won’t fit in most lockers, so it was perfect to leave our big stuff for a few days. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a great experience at Bounce Luggage Storage near Shinjuku Station West Gate! The staff were super accommodating and helpful — even though we didn’t have an online booking, they still kindly allowed us to leave our luggage. Really appreciate their friendly attitude and smooth service 🙌 Just a tip: it’s better to make an online booking beforehand so everything’s ready when you arrive. The location is on the 5th floor and there’s an elevator, so don’t worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for safe and convenient luggage storage in Shinjuku!

It was a bit difficult to find the location, but once I figured out where it was the staff were very friendly and it was quick and easy.

Polite and friendly staff

It was very easy and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Mind that the inside looks like a pharmacy, so you just have to go in and they keep your luggage in there.

Not easy top find

A bit hard to find.

Kinda weird to find-it's in the basementjust follow the signs on the street for axe throwing. Staff is super nice and helpful and even speak a little English.
