Luggage storage Shinjuku Station East Exit

There are two Big Echo located very close to each other. We went to the wrong one (need to take the lift). The staff were very nice and one of them led us to the right shop. After that it’s easy. Just scan the QR code and it’s done.

A savior appeared at Shinjuku East Exit on a Sunday afternoon when all the lockers were gone; I can't thank him enough.

We left our bag for a week and a half while we continued our road trip before returning to Tokyo, and it was perfect!

I used it very conveniently. As long as you have a QR code, it takes care of everything automatically, and finding your way is easy. If you don't know the way, you can view it on Google Maps by pressing the "Find Directions" button in the Bounce app.
