Luggage storage Shinjuku West Exit Station （Exit B16）

Helped us up the stairs because we missed the elevator very helpful and nice!

They are kind and prompt. It is close to Shinjuku Station, so it was convenient to leave my belongings there and run errands!

Very friendly staff and reasonable pricing! Will definitely store my luggages here again!

They reached out to me on the day of pickup asking what my estimated arrival time would be which was great. When I arrived the elevator is small but not terrible to make two trips up and down if you have many bags. The gentleman greeted me at the lower level and made sure I got in and up securely. When I gave an estimate for a pickup time and I had to come later than that they made it work and were accommodating. Would definitely use again and felt professional.

Perfect. Very welcoming.

I had a great experience using Bounce luggage storage. The booking process was simple, the location was convenient, and I felt confident leaving my luggage there while exploring the city. What impressed me the most was the customer support. They responded very quickly to my questions and were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Their fast response made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Bounce to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient luggage storage service. I would definitely use it again on my future trips.

The personal were extremely polite. But it is dificult to find. Make sure you go back and look at the pictures to find where it is since it only announces the beauty saloon part of the business, nothing about the storage.

Very nice owner and clean on the inside.

Conveniently located near Shinjuku. The service was incredibly friendly! Luggage drop-off and pick-up were a breeze! Thank you so much!

The location is very convenient, and the whole luggage storage process went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is an elevator available, which made it easy to bring luggage in and out. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this service.
