- Super easy. Amazing service. The lobby had a lot of other luggages, but there was still room for mine. I had 5 suitcases in my group and all of the coin lockers were taken at Shinagawa station. Didn’t need a reservation and it saved us on our last day in Japan! Would return whenever I’m at this station. They tagged my bags and kept them nicely together!

- Friendly staff, convenient location, near the shinagawa train station. Long operating hours from 11 am until 3 am. no restriction on luggage size, but every piece counts as one luggage even a paper bag, make sure you pack everything into your large suitcase. Must book online, the staff cannot speak English and minimal exchange of communication. They are friendly with smile.
