Friendly staff. Handy location about 200 metres from the station.

Friendly staff, convenient location, near the shinagawa train station. Long operating hours from 11 am until 3 am. no restriction on luggage size, but every piece counts as one luggage even a paper bag, make sure you pack everything into your large suitcase. Must book online, the staff cannot speak English and minimal exchange of communication. They are friendly with smile.

Great location (less than 5 minutes' walk from the station), and easy booking and dropping off/picking up. Highly recommend for anyone with heavy/many luggage.

This was very helpful as the coin lockers were all full and there was nowhere to leave my luggage.

Was able to get the QR code immediately and drop off the luggage. Cheaper than storing at the lockers in the station.
