Very good storage space, there is room for all types of luggage, even very large ones, a very reasonable price, courteous and good service, it is possible and advisable to reserve a place online, 2 minutes walk from Shinagawa train station

It's located right next to Shinagawa Station, so it's easy to find and very convenient! If you have a large suitcase, it's cheaper than leaving it in a coin locker, and you don't have to worry about the size. I'll use it again when I travel to Tokyo.

Easy communication. Staff ask for Qr code, just show it and show them your luggage, and its done. Access easy to find with Google maps. Just at the bunch of shops outside of station.

Had a great experience with Bounce! Easy to use and fast, I booked the morning an hour before the time I wanted to book time to go to the place. The staff was very nice. Had no issue and could pick up fast as well.

At Shinagawa Station, from the Konan Exit (East Exit), after reaching ground level, turn right and you'll see Big Echo. There's a QR code at the entrance; purchase the required number of luggage items from the Bounce website, then show the QR code to the staff. It's very convenient. One suitcase costs ¥800 per day.

Once we found the location, the drop off and pick up process was so easy! Prices were comparable to Shinagawa station locker prices, but they were completely full. This is 200m from East Exit of station.

Very easy compared to the coin lockers

the Shinagawa station luggage storage lockers were full, and luckily we found Bounce Luggage Storage at the karaoke bar Big Echo, right across the road! It was so easy to pay online and they took our luggage right away, there was no wait. It was very easy to pick up our luggage when we returned! thank you :)
