Luggage storage Shinagawa Station Konan Exit

It's very convenient as it's close to the station. The staff are also very friendly.

The price was very reasonable compared to lockers at the station. My only request is better signage to identify the location.

The team at bounce was very helpful and made it very simple and convenient to drop off and pick up our luggage. Everything was handled efficiently and our luggage was well taken care of. We would definitely use Bounce again.

A life saver! We had to travel to Kyoto from Tokyo then back to Tokyo and it was such a nightmare and just impossible to bring our 3 big luggages to Kyoto and Bounce saves us! So we booked for 5 days to put our baggages. The service is so nice and trusted. The staffs are nice and trusted and so helpful. This service was so easy and secure. Very convenient outside of Shingawa station. As a bonus, we were able to stack a little karaoke when we picked up our bags to fill just the right amount of time before we needed to get to the airport. An all around awesome experience!

Easy to check in and easy to pick up. The staff on the left behind the Big Echo counter. They waited patiently while we completed the check-in process in the app. It was very convenient to walk around without suitcases on the last day of the trip and just pick them up at the airport.
