The staff were very efficient; our luggage was dropped off in minutes after a QR code scan, and the same for retrieval. The location is a 2-minute walk from the train station and is very convenient for taking the Skyliner to Narita.

Easy and near the station!

For those transferring at Nippori Station, consider parking your luggage here, taking a walk, and then returning to retrieve it – much easier! The staff is friendly, and the place is hard to find; it's behind McDonald's. Pretty good, not bad 👍.

The process of checking in and out was smooth and easy. The location wasn’t far from Nippori Station. It’s easier for big groups like us with 6 large and 5 small luggages to use, rather than the locker inside the station where most lockers were unavailable already by 10am.

The luggage storage was conveniently near the Nippori station. The google map pin provided was easy to follow and accurate. I arrived later than my scheduled time and informed the storage about this -to which they responded graciously and immediately. They also helped carry all my bags into their storage which was helpful. When I returned later for my luggage, it were exactly how I left it.
