Easy and near the station!

For those transferring at Nippori Station, consider parking your luggage here, taking a walk, and then returning to retrieve it – much easier! The staff is friendly, and the place is hard to find; it's behind McDonald's. Pretty good, not bad 👍.

The process of checking in and out was smooth and easy. The location wasn’t far from Nippori Station. It’s easier for big groups like us with 6 large and 5 small luggages to use, rather than the locker inside the station where most lockers were unavailable already by 10am.

It's very convenient to take the Skyline from the East Exit of Murray Station these days! The staff are very polite and will proactively help you with your luggage!

The luggage storage was conveniently near the Nippori station. The google map pin provided was easy to follow and accurate. I arrived later than my scheduled time and informed the storage about this -to which they responded graciously and immediately. They also helped carry all my bags into their storage which was helpful. When I returned later for my luggage, it were exactly how I left it.

The first time I used it, it was very convenient and fast. I went to store my luggage on the same day, scanned the QR code, selected the number of pieces of luggage to store online, and paid directly. The operation was simple, the storage time was quite long, and to retrieve my luggage, I only needed to show the QR code. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this service again next time I go to Japan.
