What a decent guy…. We booked to store 6 bags for a few hours. By the time we got there it was 7 bags (my wife and daughters went shopping) and I tried to pay him more to allow for it. Instead he said ‘these two are a bit smaller, we’ll call the two of them 1 bag’. I don’t expect old fashioned service anymore, but he delivered it, thank you.

Really easy process to book and the instructions to the place were so helpful. Drop off and pick up were easy, all you have to do is show your voucher. It was so convenient to have our luggage in a safe place before we could check into our accommodation. Would highly recommend for anyone not wanting to deal with storage lockers or whose hotel can not hold luggage.

Super fast and easy laugagge drop-off pick-up. The location is actually a motorcycle equipment/workshop. So if you are a 2-wheel rider, you might find some interesting merchandise in while you pick up the luggage.

The owner is very friendly and the spaces he had for our luggage storage is big. We store 5 - 28inches, 3 - 25inches luggage, 2 - 21inches luggage and 3 backpack. Very convenient as it is near to Ueno Station and the shop close at 7PM. His shop also sells helmets and bike gears. Do support him!

Easy drop off and pick up near Ueno station

Very close to Ueno Station if you are staying around the area or taking the shinkansen back to the airport. I was more than 10 minutes late due to my miscalculations however the staff was very kind and understanding.

The address when booking is incomplete. It says "7-chōme−8", but I think it should be updated to "7-chōme−8−14" to make it easier for others to find the store.

The place is well located, close to Ueno station. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the collection date and the place where the luggage was stored was closed on the day I needed to collect my luggage. A manager came to open the place so that I could collect it

Put a sign about the service in English language

Handed and collected my luggage easily, staff knew what to do.
