Amazing location, right by Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree/Solamachi! Owners were super friendly and made the entire process quick + seamless. The cherry on top? Their caramelized Japanese sweet potatoes.

So kind! Their shop is so close to sky tree and I will be booking again. Plus, it's a sweet potato shop! I tried their tea and dried sweet potatoes and they are delicious!!

Very friendly people and they take care of your staff. Also it is close the skytree tower, so for those who are staying close, this is a very good option.

Staff was excellent with communication and pick up and drop off was very easy.

The drop off process was super quick and easy - the patrons of the drop-off spot were very friendly and spoke/understood English. It’s also a huge plus that the drop off spot was near the Tokyo Skytree train station, because you can take a train straight to either Haneda or Narita Airport from there. One last thing to note is that the patrons sell sweet potatoes and a few other snacks here, which was great after I came in starving after my long flight lol. I would totally recommend using this service and choosing this particular drop-off spot for anyone visiting the Tokyo Asakusa area!

We were unable to get a late check out and we needed to be out of our accommodation at 10am. We were not being picked up for our transfer to the airport until 4 o’clock so we had our luggage held for us through Bounce. It was so simple and I was able to arrange for our pick up to happen where our luggage was.

Felt kinda bad cause we had 20 heavy backpacks/suitcases but they were really accommodating and nice even though it was a lot to handle.
