Even though I arrived late at night to drop off my luggage, the staff welcomed me kindly and made the process very easy. Despite the recent rise in electricity costs, the room was comfortably air-conditioned with an air purifier, making it a pleasant place to leave my luggage. The female staff member was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident using the service. The price was also very affordable and offered excellent value. The location was easy to find as well—just take the elevator down to the basement level (B1). If you’re looking for a luggage storage service in Shinjuku or Kabukicho, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely use it again.
