I came to BAR Karei in Kabukicho to leave my luggage. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and provided very attentive service throughout. I was also surprised by the incredibly reasonable price, especially considering it's in Shinjuku/Kabukicho. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to leave their luggage while traveling or on business. Finding a place where you can feel this kind of "human warmth" makes for a great start to the day. I used this luggage storage service on an extremely hot day. Even though I arrived late at night to drop off my luggage, the staff welcomed me kindly and made the process very easy. Despite the recent rise in electricity costs, the room was comfortably air-conditioned with an air purifier, making it a pleasant place to leave my luggage. The female staff member was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident using the service. The price was also very affordable and offered excellent value. The location was easy to find as well—just take the elevator down to the basement level (B1). If you’re looking for a luggage storage service in Shinjuku or Kabukicho, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely use it again.

The location is easy to find; it's right there when you get off the elevator on the B1 floor. Since the staff are all women, women can feel safe leaving their luggage there.

I used Shinjuku Bar Karei to store one piece of luggage. I had originally booked the regular luggage size, but the staff kindly told me that my bag qualified for the smaller luggage rate instead. I was really impressed by their honesty and consideration. To be honest, the service was so good that I wondered if the price was too low for the level of care and kindness they provided. The location is great and near the Kabukicho hotel area. We took the elevator to B1, and the host was waiting for us. She was kind and showed us her place. The location is very convenient for hotels in the nearby Kabukicho area, especially the Super Hotel next door. The owner generously offered to store our luggage, which made us feel very safe.

Service was truly IMPECCABLE from beginning to end. It felt very safe to leave my luggage there for the day. I will highly recommend !!!
