This was my first experience with Bounce and it was amazing. I left my luggage for 10 days at the Pasela Resort in Kabukicho and was a little unsure at first. When I returned to pick it up, the service was quick and very efficient, and everything went smoothly. I will use it again and highly recommend it.

It took about an hour to get there from Tokorozawa, but it was really worth it! ✨ This time I left one piece of luggage at the venue, and I felt very reassured by the careful handling of my belongings. They double-checked the tag and visually inspected the luggage, so I could leave my important belongings with peace of mind. The bar is located in the basement, creating a calm and secluded atmosphere. It was very quiet, and I felt that even women could use it with confidence. And I was happy that the staff were all women! They were very kind and friendly, easy to talk to, and I had a wonderful time 😊 I would definitely recommend this bar to women! Not only was it safe, but the staff's personalities were also wonderful, making it a place I would like to use again. I recommend it to anyone in Kabukicho who wants to leave their luggage, or to women looking for a safe place to do so 💕

I visited this facility to store my luggage. It was easy to find, conveniently located next to the elevator on Basement Floor 1 (B1). The place is quiet, clean, and relaxing. What impressed me most was their double-checking system. When returning my luggage, the staff checked not only the luggage tag but also visually confirmed my belongings. This made me feel very safe and reassured. The female staff were also very friendly and helpful, making it a comfortable and安心 experience, especially for women traveling alone. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and convenient place to store their luggage!

The package handover takes place inside the building, on the first basement floor. I felt safe because only the person handing over the package comes there, and there are cameras. The staff were all women and very friendly.

I felt safe leaving my belongings here because the store has security cameras and female staff. The location was also easy to find, as it is on the B1 floor, near the security camera. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would recommend this place.
