I used this service today when I attended an event at Bar Karei. I learned that they offered a luggage storage service at the venue, and since I had already left a large piece of luggage in a coin locker, I only needed to leave one piece of hand luggage. The shop is close to the station, the building is easy to find, and it's right in front of you when you get off the elevator, making it very convenient. The price was also more reasonable than coin lockers, and I would definitely use this service instead of coin lockers in the future. The female staff member who assisted me was very cheerful and provided courteous service with a beautiful, Mona Lisa-like smile. The check-in process was very smooth and easy, requiring only the presentation of a QR code. Furthermore, after I left my luggage, they sent me a photo of my stored items via chat, allowing me to enjoy the event with peace of mind. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

I attended a book club at Bar Karei in Kabukichō. The venue was easy to find. A Bounce flyer was posted right outside the entrance after exiting the elevator, so I didn't get lost. Since I had a heavy book with me, the staff kindly held it for me. That was a huge help. Although electricity costs are currently high, the air conditioning was set to a comfortable level, and the room was very pleasant. Despite this, the participation fee was very reasonable, which I found truly impressive. The service was also excellent. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire event and highly recommend the venue.

I used this luggage storage service on an extremely hot day. Even though I arrived late at night to drop off my luggage, the staff welcomed me kindly and made the process very easy. Despite the recent rise in electricity costs, the room was comfortably air-conditioned with an air purifier, making it a pleasant place to leave my luggage. The female staff member was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident using the service. The price was also very affordable and offered excellent value. The location was easy to find as well—just take the elevator down to the basement level (B1). If you’re looking for a luggage storage service in Shinjuku or Kabukicho, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely use it again.

The location is great and near the Kabukicho hotel area. We took the elevator to B1, and the host was waiting for us. She was kind and showed us her place. The location is very convenient for hotels in the nearby Kabukicho area, especially the Super Hotel next door. The owner generously offered to store our luggage, which made us feel very safe.

This is my second time using Bar Karei in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district. During the intense heat, they kindly stored my luggage, including alcohol and snacks, which was a great help.
