I was a little worried because I came from far away and it's in Kabukicho, but I felt relieved when I saw that the staff were all women!

My luggage was returned without any problems. You can entrust your luggage to them with peace of mind. The storage was also done carefully. I recommend them if you need to store your luggage.

The staff attitude is very welcoming! Location is perfect and time for collection was flexible, as we ordered to pick up at 11:30pm, in the end we picked up the luggage at around 7pm. Highly recommendation

Host was extremely warm and welcoming and while we were looking for where to go she came down the street to let us know where and helped bring some of our extra bags. She was very kind and helpful as well as flexible with pick up time. They helped us bring all of our bags back upstairs afterwards as well! Would highly recommend and happy new year!

Despite heavy snowfall in Tokyo today, this shop was open as usual, which was a real relief. They stored one small bag for 500 yen from 12:00. It's very reassuring to know there's a place where I can safely store my luggage even in bad weather. The store had a warm atmosphere, and I could really feel the thoughtfulness of the staff. On snowy days or busy days, I'm truly grateful for the existence of a store like this. I'd definitely use this store again.
