  • I chose this place over any at Shinjuku station as it was a lot easier to find. Only a few minutes walk from the station. The area it is located is cool to explore also

  • Location was near to Shin-Okubo station. Staff was friendly to explain and there were even email updates to remind the collection time. Be sure to apply on their website first. Will make the process faster during drop off. Because if you are there without booking, they will still make you apply on their website.

  • Quick, efficient, smooth experience at this location. The process using the app with the owner was seamless. Each customer's bags were grouped together by different chain locks and he had printouts of customer names with respective luggage so it really felt secure and organized. Clear warning given the place closes at 7pm. Also I really respect the entrepreneurial hustle here. It is a newsstand that sells farmer's market goods like chili seeds and eggs. Luggage storage is another clever stream of income 😁

  • Great location between Shin Okubo and Shinjuku. The staff is quick and friendly. Location closes at 7PM so he reminds you to arrive before that time. We left our luggage here on 2 different occasions during our stay. Scan the QR code at the front of the shop to the left of the main door if you don't can't download the app. Highly recommend this spot to store your oversized suitcases that do not fit in coin lockers. 10/10
