Had a great experience because the other bounced luggage storage apparently had three flight of stairs and this one is just one flight down into a Domo coffee shop. It was super easy to check in and they have lots of storage space in the back hallway where it’s actually accessible to an elevator which they let us use to take it up one floor. highly recommend this one!

Great location, easily accessible from both Shin-okubo and Okubo station. Elevator available for heavy luggages. Very friendly and helpful staffs who ensured drop off and pick up.
