What a wonderful experience. We stayed at an Airbnb nearby and the location was perfect for us. I definitely recommend.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The process was very quick and easy. Just show the staff the QR code and everything works! We're stored 3 luggages here for a few days whilst taking a trip to Osaka. Will definitely recommend and use again

Had a great experience because the other bounced luggage storage apparently had three flight of stairs and this one is just one flight down into a Domo coffee shop. It was super easy to check in and they have lots of storage space in the back hallway where it’s actually accessible to an elevator which they let us use to take it up one floor. highly recommend this one!

Third floor walk up. A little nondescript outside but I was able to find it. Just knocked on the door and someone opened it. Close to Shin-Okubo station.

It was convenient because it was right near the station. However, I was a little worried because the staff member didn't seem to know what to expect, and I wasn't sure if I could actually leave my belongings there.
