It’s a great service, however the girl who served me was quite rude. When I went to pick up my bags she was very unhelpful, at first saying my bags were at a different location. I got it sorted in the end but my advice is hang on to your baggage tickets, don’t rely just on the QR code.

It was easy to find the place, the staff was very nice. No problems at all

The staff was friendly despite the language barrier. My luggage was kept with a piece of cloth draped over them in the corridor of their salon. The salon door is not locked so anyone can walk in straight to the corridor with my luggage so I was worried, but I got my luggage safely back.

Perfect service and very easy to handle

Everything was excellent! They basically saved our last day in Tokyo! We were lucky to find them after trying to leave our luggage elsewhere and being told it wasn't possible. If it weren't for Bounce, we would have lost the whole day of our trip. It was quick and easy! Many thanks to whoever received our luggage for their kindness! I definitely recommend them!

Everything was fine

Great, it was the first time we used it and we recommend it. We left two large suitcases and were able to travel around Japan without any problems for the 7 days they stored them.

A bit hard to find, but everything went smooth and near the subway station…

Everything was good and they were quick! Very helpful! The map location is little to the right side it takes us to the cut road near the petrol bunk.
