Everything was simple and straightforward, and the warehouse was on the ground floor. Very convenient!

The staff were friendly, but the stairs were a bit narrow and difficult to climb.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The process was very quick and easy. Just show the staff the QR code and everything works! We're stored 3 luggages here for a few days whilst taking a trip to Osaka. Will definitely recommend and use again

Had a great experience because the other bounced luggage storage apparently had three flight of stairs and this one is just one flight down into a Domo coffee shop. It was super easy to check in and they have lots of storage space in the back hallway where it’s actually accessible to an elevator which they let us use to take it up one floor. highly recommend this one!

Was super flexible. Let us pick up luggage 3 hours early. Really responsive. Held my luggage for 3 days. Look for bonsai sign go inside building up three flights of steps

Third floor walk up. A little nondescript outside but I was able to find it. Just knocked on the door and someone opened it. Close to Shin-Okubo station.

I found it really difficult to find the store. It was on the third floor and the building had no lifts. There were no boards or anything to guide you. I stumbled on it by luck. But the process once you find the store was seamless. Just dropped off and took them back. There is nothing else. But that was a bit sketchy. They don't visibly tag your luggage or anything. I was concerned if someone else would take it. Luckily no one did. The staff (different at drop and pickup) doesn't really know which is yours.

Fantastic experience! I was able to leave my suitcase there for two weeks using the app, and everything went perfectly. The instructions were clear, the shopkeeper was very welcoming, and the location was easy to find thanks to Google Maps. The drop-off and pick-up process is simple, quick, and easy to understand.
