Everything was simple and straightforward, and the warehouse was on the ground floor. Very convenient!

The staff were friendly, but the stairs were a bit narrow and difficult to climb.

The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The process was very quick and easy. Just show the staff the QR code and everything works! We're stored 3 luggages here for a few days whilst taking a trip to Osaka. Will definitely recommend and use again

Had a great experience because the other bounced luggage storage apparently had three flight of stairs and this one is just one flight down into a Domo coffee shop. It was super easy to check in and they have lots of storage space in the back hallway where it’s actually accessible to an elevator which they let us use to take it up one floor. highly recommend this one!

We cannot say enough fabulous things about this location. Not only was the gentleman who helped us very attentive, but he took safety measures such as multiple scans, taking a picture of us with our luggage, naming our bags, and safely placing them in the back region. The communication was clear throughout the entire process. We felt very safe with our bags here. We also needed to get our bags out earlier than expected, and the staff took the extra measure to bring in a worker late at night just to accommodate us. We were expecting no refund just because of our change in schedule, but they did in fact refund us for the time.  The location was very safe, and incredibly easy to find. The store was beautiful and well kept, right next to the car location.  The workers were professional throughout each encounter, and we would highly recommend this service for storing luggage! Thank you so much! :)

Staff at Yamoto were fabulous and helpful. Kept my bag secure while I travelled for seven days and returned it speedy.

A little hard to find when trusting Google Maps. Just need to go around the building :) very nice and friendly staff
