The staff were friendly, but the stairs were a bit narrow and difficult to climb.

Great location for locker. Dropping off luggage in the morning is a bit rough. The owner take a while to respond because he was sleeping which is understandable. Picking up the luggage late at night is great!

It was a good helpful service. A little hard to find. FYI it’s on level 3 (there’s no lift) but very easy and so close to the train station.

Great location... next to the subway. But is on the third floor without a lift.... so you need to be happy to lug heavy luggage up stairs. Will use them again. Thanks

It's convenient. Friendly staff but I think they should have someone responsible for helping customers with luggages vs customers who make purchases from their store. I was waiting to get my luggages and they keep having customer in one after another. It took quite a bit for them to help me
