Everything was perfection. Easy is an understatement, the staff went above and beyond and the service friendly.

Without an elevator, you have to carry your large luggage up to the second floor yourself, which is quite inconvenient.

Since I had to take the stairs to the second floor, it was a bit difficult to carry my luggage down, but they processed everything quickly and it was great that it was close to the station.

The booking process was really easy and very affordable if booking the day before, staff were also lovely. There was a lot of confusion on where the location of the luggage storage was as google maps has it wrong. It is located inside Big Echo karaoke, next to the 7/11 outside Kinshicho Station. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is a solid spot for temporary luggage storage, but there are two things you should know before booking. First, the address provided by the app is slightly off ! you’ll find the entrance right beside the 7-Eleven at the Kinshicho Station South Exit. Second, if you have heavy or oversized suitcases, be warned that there's a steep climb to the receptionist. Aside from that it's all good and easy !

It's quite convenient being near the subway. The staff were also easy to communicate with, making for a good experience.

It's a decent spot, 800 yen per bag/suitcase. Arrive early if you're in a hurry, as they're quite slow. This is a first-come, first-served karaoke place, and everyone else in line will be served before you.

Location was easy to find and good access from Kinshichō station. Staff member is very nice and pleasant to talk to :) It is easy to access the 5th floor with the elevator.

Lovely lady. Tricky to find as the instructions don't tell you more than the building address. You need to know that she is in 502 and there is an elevator.

The girl was very helpful and kind!! She knows basic English :)
