got to store my luggage here when coin lockers are full and my luggage is a big ass one.. in the heart of shibuya I saw this on google maps that they accept my luggage..also the staff help me to install the application and explain to me how to do it step by step.. overall 100 / 100

Prompt response when I contacted them to explain that I would be late dropping off my luggage due to traffic. Also received a reminder 30 minutes prior to my pick up time which was great. They were also very accommodating when we had more luggage than expected.

Staff and organisation perfect, just the location is not even close to SOIL Shibuya open innovation Lab. Also tapping at the adress will put out a complete different location. Luckily a local guided me (took a 10-min-walk from SOIL Shibuya Innovation Lab). Maybe give more precise information about the location on the website.
