Everything was great, the staff was very polite. We left our suitcase for a week without any problems.

Very easy to find. I like the fact that she was there the whole time, was very friendly, all the luggages sat inside her shop in the open to the side. She knew whose luggage for pickup too and even gave us a thank you sweets upon pickup.

This place is absolutely amazing. The process is quick and easy and staff was very courteous and helpful. When we arrived to pick up our laguage, the staff had our suitcases waiting for us up front and they even gave us a chocolate 🍫. I highly recommend this place to store your laguage.

Excellent service, very easy and fast

Super easy to book, drop off, pick up, adjust the pick up time when we took the wrong subway accidentally on our way there, and the loveliest woman works here!! She greeted us at the entrance when we dropped off as she probably heard us coming from blocks away haha! She is so kind and has a nice collection of figurines from animes too. When we picked up it was just as easy and she gave us a little chocolate as a gift.

Was a great experienced with Bounce luggage at Cafe cosme Kanariya near Tokyo station. I booked 7 luggages but only store 6. The good thing was they refund the charge that is meant for 1 luggage. Very reliable and good communication even we were late to collect our luggages.
