Your bags are protected up to ¥1,000,000, so once your booking is made, just present your reservation confirmation at the location, and hand over your bags to the Bounce Partner – it's as simple as that!

The storage facility accommodates bags of all sizes: storage for purses and tote bags is priced at ¥500, while regular luggage is ¥500.

  • This place is absolutely amazing. The process is quick and easy and staff was very courteous and helpful. When we arrived to pick up our laguage, the staff had our suitcases waiting for us up front and they even gave us a chocolate 🍫. I highly recommend this place to store your laguage.

  • Super easy to book, drop off, pick up, adjust the pick up time when we took the wrong subway accidentally on our way there, and the loveliest woman works here!! She greeted us at the entrance when we dropped off as she probably heard us coming from blocks away haha! She is so kind and has a nice collection of figurines from animes too. When we picked up it was just as easy and she gave us a little chocolate as a gift.

  • Was a great experienced with Bounce luggage at Cafe cosme Kanariya near Tokyo station. I booked 7 luggages but only store 6. The good thing was they refund the charge that is meant for 1 luggage. Very reliable and good communication even we were late to collect our luggages.
