The service works well; you have to book and pay via the app. The only drawbacks are the somewhat high price and the unsatisfactory time slots for the service.

It was very convenient as I was worried about the coin locker issue.

Excellent place. Close to Shibuya Station, very accessible. We left fragile and valuable items and they stored them as if they were their own. Highly recommended. Note that it opens at 10 am.

The Bounce app is great, showed all the nearby locations, easy to pay online by credit card. Our storage location happened to be 2 blocks away from our hotel, very convenient. Staff was friendly, greeted us good morning. Easy booking. Quick QR code scan to check in luggages. Pick up was also very easy. I definitely will use their services again.
