The lady there was, very nice and helpful. Location was easy to find though slightly hidden. Look for the red, blue and white spinning barber sign.

Process was incredibly smooth and the owner of the business was very nice

10/10 recommend using this service if you don’t want to carry your luggage around before your train ride! We had a couple of hours between check out at our hotel and our train and this was perfect to keep our luggage for the time being! We used the Barber Shop Haruko Marunouchi location and the shop owner there was soo sweet! She made the process quick and easy! She even gave us an umbrella when it was pouring outside!

The Bounce app is great, showed all the nearby locations, easy to pay online by credit card. Our storage location happened to be 2 blocks away from our hotel, very convenient. Staff was friendly, greeted us good morning. Easy booking. Quick QR code scan to check in luggages. Pick up was also very easy. I definitely will use their services again.
