Great experience, super easy and convenient to store your luggage and pick up when you're ready for it. It's hard to find this Bounce because it's actually in a Beauty Salon on the second floor next to Lawson.

The drop off was great and close to the train station which I need to go for my flight at Haneda Airport. The staffs are friendly and easy to manage!! The place is clean too.

Awesome staff and very easy process

Smooth and painless process. App made it very easy to book, drop off and also process the pickup. They held my full luggage for over 2 weeks, while we explored Kyoto, Osaka, Seoul and came back to Tokyo. Saved us a lot for a fair price!
