Friendly and efficient. They do not speak English fluently, but we used Google translate without an issue. The cafe is located in the basement, down a narrow, spiral staircase. Please note that. It wasn’t a problem for our family.

The process was smooth. Made the reservation online on the day of the reservation showed the store owner my reservation, the luggage was taken into storage and we returned on the stipulated time on the reservation and retrieved the luggage. The clerk at the store contracted with Bounce was very friendly and the location was very convenient.

Great location near Tokyo Station with easy drop off and pickup up. For some reason the Bounce app shows this store randomly closed on certain days but that isn’t accurate. They are open every day. Refer to the hours in Google Maps instead.

Staff is very friendly! The location is also convenient (it is near the Tsukiji station). Price is more affordable compared to the coin lockers inside the stations. Con is you can only using your credit card, which made it hard for me due to the otp.
