Very happy with this service. The vendor took photos of our luggage during drop off and collection. It’s also a cafe and so you can grab a coffee before leaving! Would book again - super convenient just one block back from the main shopping district of Asakusa.

It was a great experience and I am so glad we found Bounce. Our flight wasn't leaving until the evening and hotel checkout was 11, so we needed a place to store our luggage for the day. Waay better than trying to find lockers and the location we used was maybe a 5 minute walk from Tokyo station. We didn't have any wait time for the desk clerk to grab our bags, pickup took maybe 3 minutes. It wasn't very expensive either and was worth the price! We also picked up our bags earlier than was calculated and got a bit of a refund. Overall a great experience.
