Very convenient that the hotel is open 24/7. This means that you can pick up the bags no matter of the time you need them. Super convenient and would definitely prefer to use again, regardless if some other locations are closer to me.

I loved this service! They were our lifesavers during our Japan trip. When we went to Kyoto, we checked in 3 luggage bags to transfer and move around freely without the hassle of carrying and worrying about the luggage. And yes, we don't travel light.

Bounce is a great service. However this was the most convenient options for us to use to allow us time to enjoy Japan luggage free as well as late pick up to move onto our next destination. We definitely reccomend and will use again when we are back in Japan! Japan's system and service is way ahead of any other country. Australia needs to catch up!!

Very good experience. Everything went (almost) as planned. A little confusion at baggage claim delayed collection slightly but as the staff were very friendly it made up for it! In short, excellent service, I recommend.

Only thing that could be changed would be a bit more security for some of the bags. Being left in a hallway doesn't seem too safe coming from an American but maybe you are in a safe enough area to do so. Only recommendation would be a locked area/locked to the wall or more security at night (only had one person working the counter at night).
