101 reviews from Google Maps- We were planning to check out and keep our luggage at the hotel in their storage for 1 night, then we could come back the 2nd day. The hotel told us they could't keep the luggage for us even we showed our room reservation. We didn't have too many options as it's already late at the night that we needed to find some place to keep our luggage so we could travel to Ito the 2nd day. Luckily we were able to find this place. It's near the hotel and JR station. We didn't have to worry that they didn't have enough space. On-line booking is easy. We were happy we could have found this place.

The procedure was straightforward. We stored seven large suitcases, and they were in impeccable condition upon retrieval. We are so thankful, as we were able to explore freely without the burden of our luggage. We would certainly recommend this service.

- Please make sure you know it's the restaurant that has bounce service, so bounce is based on restaurant hours. They have been great help to confirm my booking with bounce. It is a little hard to get there with luguages. But I found a good way if you are staying across the streets, like APA Roppongi Six, I have some maps for you. It's easy, just one elevator ride. Make sure you get into the building using the path marked with a box, there will be a door and/or revolving door on your right at the corner. Get in there and turn right. Hope this helps!
