Service and communication was easy. Location is a bit hard but we took the Uber to the station, going down the escalator so it was easy. Otherwise, look for Izumi Garden Tower when you leave the station.

Please make sure you know it's the restaurant that has bounce service, so bounce is based on restaurant hours. They have been great help to confirm my booking with bounce. It is a little hard to get there with luguages. But I found a good way if you are staying across the streets, like APA Roppongi Six, I have some maps for you. It's easy, just one elevator ride. Make sure you get into the building using the path marked with a box, there will be a door and/or revolving door on your right at the corner. Get in there and turn right. Hope this helps!

Just to clarify for anybody who has not used this service before. It's not a separate building or office the Indian restaurant actually hold your bags for you I was walking around a lot because I did not know that was how it worked.

It's difficult to find; it's not through the Izumi Garden entrance. You have to follow the red signs to the top of the sign that says 2F. There's an Indian restaurant there called Royal Indian. Download the app there and you'll find it.

Very convenient location. Its just right beside roppongi itchome station. Just take the central exit, take the escalator to the 3rd floor and the restaurant will be on your left side. Booking is super easy via app. Just show the QR when dropping and picking up your luggage. The staffs aka restaurant crew were also kind. Not related to Bounce but, The curry smells amazing, might dine in here someday.
