- Staff and organisation perfect, just the location is not even close to SOIL Shibuya open innovation Lab. Also tapping at the adress will put out a complete different location. Luckily a local guided me (took a 10-min-walk from SOIL Shibuya Innovation Lab). Maybe give more precise information about the location on the website.

- Friendly staff and great place to leave the luggage. If the website does not work, I recommend to install an app. The place is not marked, so it’s quite difficult to find. There is no sign or indication anywhere. Fortunately, the very kind ladies from the dental clinic helped us locate it — you need to head towards the hair salon on the second floor.
