Easy drop off and pick up. Very nice staff. It was easy to find as well and conveniently located near Shinjuku station. I got my bag back promptly and in good condition. Overall very happy with the experience.

Booking was easy, but the location, on 5th floor, turned out to be an challenge in due to the small elevator.

The personal were extremely polite. But it is dificult to find. Make sure you go back and look at the pictures to find where it is since it only announces the beauty saloon part of the business, nothing about the storage.

Very convenient luggage storage service. The Bounce booking platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Simply left luggage with the staff at the BIG ECHO reception desk on the first floor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly experienced with the process. Both the drop-off and pick-up procedures were smooth and efficient, taking only a few minutes to complete.

The process to drop off was so easy. I had a little trouble getting mybcode tons can at pick up, but the clerk helped me. Clean area, nice people. I would use the service again without hesitation.
