Luggage storage In Nishishinjuku Area

The app was super easy to use! When I got to the location, the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

We left our big luggage there for 13 days since we wanted to travel light, and the place was very secure and everything was perfect.

Booked minutes before I walked up and they let me pay cash for a bag I forgot to register! Incredibly easy and convenient-a block away from my air bnb. Would definitely use again

Easy to book online. This location uses a garage and you can just place your suitcases/bags inside. Very secure and fits anything at any size. Others’ bags may be stored in the garage with yours but the attendant is always present when someone is in the garage. I would use them again.

Easy and quick luggage drop-off. We dropped off four large suitcases without any problems, and the staff were very friendly. I recommend it.

Fast and easy transaction

Great experience - fast, convenient, and polite. All the luggage is stored in one place inside a metal garage, but I wasn’t worried about theft as the attendant stays the entire time you’re dropping off and picking up. Would use this service again.

Very convenient service for travelers

The service was good, although it's true that I had a question about the reservation at the beginning and since the staff didn't speak any English, I couldn't resolve it easily.

Convenient location for us. Spoke to staff who opened up the front garage of the hotel in which to store our luggage (different than what the sign indicates). Easily able to fit our 7 bags (4 large check-in size, 3 carry on size). Pickup was easy and quick. The only worry is that there was no indication of which bags were stored for Bounce (vs the hotel's). Staff did not appear to have or check which luggage bags were ours upon pickup (no tags and no verification). But perhaps we were the only Bounce customers that day.
