Discover Toranomon Station luggage storage

Process to drop off and pick up luggage was quite easy. Staff were helpful too. Good location just outside the Ginza exit of Shimbashi station, easy to find. Bonus points for being across the street to 'Sushi to Ramen' :)

I used this service in a hurry because all the coin lockers at the station were full. Both depositing and retrieving my belongings went smoothly.

It was a huge help that I didn't have to walk around with a lot of luggage and that I could pick it up even late at night!

At first I was little confused because Google maps was pointing to a Karaoke, and it turns out it's right there inside the Karaoke, they offer both services. I even took advantage I was there and went to a Karaoke room for the first time, which was also excellent.

Agree with other reviews. Super challenging to find but works great. I appreciate that they are open late and I could pick up my luggage after 5 pm. Would use them again.

A great udon shop for a quick bite. You pay outside and submit the receipt inside, and your udon is served within 30 seconds. The udon noodles are very chewy with a great texture, and the hot broth is clean and refreshing. The accompanying tempura is well-seasoned and the portion is quite generous, so ordering the regular udon is sufficient. Since the prices are very affordable, it is a great place to stop by for a quick meal.

Really hard to find. IT IS NOW ON THE FIRST FLOOR and not the 3rd they switched place still in a cafe library and really no signs for the luggages but service was good.

Process was very easy. Directions in other comments about the cafe being on the 3rd floor across from the escalator really helped. Gentleman was very nice and helpful.

The owner is kind. I had trouble finding my luggage in the middle of the day, and they helped me without any difficulty.

A little tricky to find. You need to take a picture of the third floor of the building near Shimbashi Station. There's an old train right next to the building. Then you'll find it easily. Very convenient service.

Super friendly staff. Everything was super easy and quick. I left my bags to go eat ramen next door and my first experience with Bounce and this locker couldn't have gone better.

Amazingly easy to set up and the drop off and pick up luggage. It made my day so much easier to explore the city and I didn't have to worry about the maze that was the station and which lockers are where.

I showed my QR code at the reception area and they immediately understood what the situation was and the process to leave our bags was very quick and easy. Our luggage was ready for us at pick up time and everything was just as easy as the drop-off.

It was very easy to check in and drop off our bags. As soon as we pulled up they knew we were dropping off and assisted us right away. Pick up up was also quick and easy.

Super easy place to find, and staff were attentive and helpful, only took a minute to drop off and collect.

The front desk agents were very accommodating and courteous even though they spoke minimal English. They were icing on the cake to my Japn trip :)
