I was a little worried because the entire platform seemed to be translated, but in my case, I was able to complete my reservation using Chrome and Apple Pay without having to download any apps, and without having to register or anything. On the day, all I had to do was show the QR code, and the staff seemed familiar with it, so it was easy and the stay at the store was less than a minute. It's very helpful to be able to reserve a cloakroom in advance, without having to worry about the size.
