Luggage storage Near Ebisu Station

Easy to find, bags were kept safe, I would say much better deal than keeping your bags in one of the lockers.

I'm leaving this review here because there don't seem to be any reviews from Japanese users. I was a little worried because the entire platform seemed to be translated, but in my case, I didn't need to download any apps, just used Chrome and Apple Pay, and was able to complete my reservation without having to register or anything. On the day, all I had to do was show the QR code, and the staff seemed familiar with it, so my stay at the store was easy, less than a minute. It's very helpful to be able to reserve a cloakroom in advance, without having to worry about the size.

I used it twice at the end of the year, and the staff were very polite and handled my luggage without any problems. Thank you!

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Storage location is on second floor, but there is an elevator (could fit 4-5 bags). Overall great experience.

Staff were really, nice drop off was quick and easy even though we booked really last minute! We even got to drop off our luggage early 20-30 mins early.

Getting here from the subway is super easy! Turn down the alley walk way and go up to the second floor and to the right! Front desk was SO NICE and got us checked in quickly and on our way. Would use this location again!
