Very good. For me it was easy to find. It’s basement of marunouchi building. If you get the marunouchi train line it’s about 1 or 2 min walk from the exit

Make sure you read the instructions to find it easily, Google Maps don’t work very well underground in Tokyo. Search for “Marunochi Bike & Run” for correct location. You can go all the way underground to the Bike & Run shop. From Tokyo station you can take the escalators down and exit via the Marunouchi Underground Central or North Exit. Follow the yellow signs for “M9” (you will see these signs only after you exit the ticket gates), then follow Google Maps towards the “Shin-Marunouchi Building”, from underground you will be in basement level B1 (their location). Once you enter that building it’s the first and only shop to your right. Very easy drop off and pick up process.👌

Location was not the easiest to find but the staff were great and for a first time user i will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Japan!

Used the Bounce App to book baggage storage at MARUNOUCHI Bike and Run, adjacent to Tokyo Station. The location is in the basement of the building, but once you find it check in and pickup is easy and quick. Would highly recommend for anyone not wanting to bring all their luggage while exploring other parts of Japan before returning to Tokyo.

Good and smooth experience storing luggage in Tokyo/ outside tokyo station. I personally prefer this to luggage forwarding, i stored 2 large suitcases for 4 days, whilst in Kyoto. The service is on par price wise with luggage forwarding, i still found it a little expensive, but overall worth it for the ease and interface of dropping your bags before travelling, They also have very detailed instructions on how to find the storage location which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It was hard to find because there was no sign, but I asked at reception and they said it was there. Other than that, everything was fine.

An easy and not so busy location close to Tokyo station, easy check in and check out, more than 10days.

Good location, but have few steps in the entrance, if the luggage is heavy many not be tha easy to access

Incredibly nice staff. The only downside was that the storage was downstairs without an elevator or escalator, but the staff helped us with carrying the luggage when they noticed we had problems.
