Extremely simple and convenient and gave me back an hour or two before my Shinkansen departed to go visit Taira No Masakado's grave nearby, which would have been impossible dragging my bags in tow. Thank you for restoring part of my trip I would have had to miss otherwise!

Great location to Tokyo station

There are many great restaurants in the building. I recommend dining on the 7th-floor rooftop.

Lovely staff, let me come back halfway to grab something out of a bag. Hard to find but for others it is in a somewhat empty looking hallway a bit down from the Starbucks in B1 of the Shin-Marunouchi Building. If using main elevators you gotta go around to the left a bit before you see the Starbucks. Can see it from bottom of the escalator though.

Everything was perfect and I'd gladly shop there again. Easy and affordable. The shop is located on floor B1F near Starbucks.

Finding it was tricky, but otherwise everything went very well. To make things easier, take the Marunouchi Central or North exit. You'll be on the street; go straight ahead, following the taxi exit towards a café called Beams, it's on the corner. Enter the building to its left, Marunouchi Chin (follow Google Maps). Take the escalator or elevator to B1. When you exit, you'll see a Starbucks opposite; go left until you find it, also on the left. It's well hidden. I hope this saves you from wandering around Central Station. The important thing is to go to the Marunouchi Chin building (there are many buildings with the name Marunouchi).

Very easy and safe way to leave your suitcases in Tokyo if you want to visit another city without taking all your luggage with you. We went to Kyoto for three days and left the suitcases with B&R. We collected them three days later before flying back to Spain from Narita airport. Convenient location next to the train station. Friendly and quick check in for the bags. Super quick collection too. Always with a big smile. THANK YOU! ♥️

Good experience overall with Bounce Luggage at Tokyo Station. The service itself was smooth and convenient, but the location was a little difficult to find inside the station. It’s underground near the Starbucks and Godiva Chocolate shop, which helps once you know where to look. Would use again, just give yourself extra time to find it the first time.

The actual service Bounce provide was great but as others have said the Bike & Run location was hard to find as Google maps leads you to a spot at street level and. it isn't clear from the directions that they are located downstairs in the mall. We circled the block, in the heat trying to find the office. Better directions would help. Service was great.

Location is not very accurate. Search for MARUNOUCHI Bike&Run instead!
