Luggage storage Near Tokyo Station

Location was not the easiest to find but the staff were great and for a first time user i will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Japan!

Used the Bounce App to book baggage storage at MARUNOUCHI Bike and Run, adjacent to Tokyo Station. The location is in the basement of the building, but once you find it check in and pickup is easy and quick. Would highly recommend for anyone not wanting to bring all their luggage while exploring other parts of Japan before returning to Tokyo.

Not has hard to find as everyone says if you can read directions. It’s on floor B1 the restaurant and such. Extremely easy and convenient for both drop off and pick up, staff was very friendly. Would definitely use this service again!

Great place to storage big luggage and it is very convenient closed to Tokyo Station (walking distance from the domo exit). It worked very well to leave our big luggage for a short trip to Kyoto. The only inconvenience was to find it. It is not easy, however, the best way is to Google “Marunouch Bike&Run” and follow the instructions to the Marunouchi bld. Once you are inside, go to the basement or B1, stop in front of the Starbucks, then go to your left hand and walk few meters or feet passing rhe ATM’s and then the store is on your left side (opposite side of Starbucks. Below are the Kyoto station (dome from outside) and Marunouchi Bld.

Extremely simple and convenient and gave me back an hour or two before my Shinkansen departed to go visit Taira No Masakado's grave nearby, which would have been impossible dragging my bags in tow. Thank you for restoring part of my trip I would have had to miss otherwise!

Great location to Tokyo station

There are many great restaurants in the building. I recommend dining on the 7th-floor rooftop.

Lovely staff, let me come back halfway to grab something out of a bag. Hard to find but for others it is in a somewhat empty looking hallway a bit down from the Starbucks in B1 of the Shin-Marunouchi Building. If using main elevators you gotta go around to the left a bit before you see the Starbucks. Can see it from bottom of the escalator though.

Everything was perfect and I'd gladly shop there again. Easy and affordable. The shop is located on floor B1F near Starbucks.

Finding it was tricky, but otherwise everything went very well. To make things easier, take the Marunouchi Central or North exit. You'll be on the street; go straight ahead, following the taxi exit towards a café called Beams, it's on the corner. Enter the building to its left, Marunouchi Chin (follow Google Maps). Take the escalator or elevator to B1. When you exit, you'll see a Starbucks opposite; go left until you find it, also on the left. It's well hidden. I hope this saves you from wandering around Central Station. The important thing is to go to the Marunouchi Chin building (there are many buildings with the name Marunouchi).
