- Please use the elevator, the Bounce drop off is part of the JOLI store on the 4th floor. My experience was very good, staff is very friendly ☺️👏, I picked up my bag later in the day. 🤗 The Bounce app is also very easy to use, it was my first time and I was able to get exactly what I wanted in ~5 minutes, from user registration to booking a bag drop off.

- Had a check-in time at 4pm for Airbnb in Tokyo we arrived at 1pm which they didn’t have a service to hold our luggage and all the lockers were checked out.
