Hardest part was locating the office! It’s part of a leather goods shop/showroom on the 4th floor of a small building with minimal signage. There’s an elevator which was key! Super nice person answered our questions and helped arrange our baggage storage so we could explore the city for another half day. Definitely recommend!

Friendly and professional operation run out of the Joli shop on the 4th floor. FYI there is no Bounce signage outside the building, just a small sticker inside the elevator next to the button for floor 4.

Quick, simple and kind service! Just show ur QR code for scanning and leave ur stuff to him! I left expansives ceramics I bought throughout my trip and when I came back everything was in perfect condition!

Please use the elevator, the Bounce drop off is part of the JOLI store on the 4th floor. My experience was very good, staff is very friendly ☺️👏, I picked up my bag later in the day. 🤗 The Bounce app is also very easy to use, it was my first time and I was able to get exactly what I wanted in ~5 minutes, from user registration to booking a bag drop off.

The drop off is on the 4th floor via elevator, it took me a few minutes to find it at 9:30am. The place is very nice, the person greeted me, scanned my QR code and I picked up my bag later that day. You won’t be disappointed, very simple and the staff is very friendly! ☺️👏👏

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were worried that there wouldn’t be enough space with our 8 bags but the staff made sure that all of our bags could be stored. Would recommend and come again if we travel back to Tokyo!

Located in a lovely leather shop. Small elevator to the 4th floor made bringing luggages upstairs easy we had 10.. shop person was nice and communicated well. Recommend this location if you need to get around without your suitcases.

Great service, for first time users, it’s not actual lockers, it’s the shop on the 4th floor and owner just keep the bags on the shop floor, feels very secure tho so nothing to worry;)
