Had a great experience with this service. Allowed us to store away a suitcase for several days while we visited Kyoto and Osaka before returning to Tokyo for our flight.

Near the train station but not directly inside, have to drag luggages out onto the street and walk for 10 minutes. Slightly inconvenient, but good service.

We arrived almost 10 minutes past our pickup time and the host was waiting and graciously handed over our bags.

The shop is near the accommodation. Near the hotel where it is easy to get a car to the airport. The shop has good service - fast and kind. There are signs in English giving complete information that is easy to understand.
