great experience and moving the pickup time by a few hours without charge was incredibly convenient.

Difficult to find, as it's in the Karaoke (same counter you would use to rent a room to sing), but we where able to leave our big suitaceses there late on the night before our inside Japan trip and pick them up on our return to Tokyo flawlesly. The people in charge did not speak English, but we managed with google translate as the process is very simple with the QR code you get on your reservation.

The extremely kind and pretty girl

I used the store because it came up immediately when I looked it up on Maps. It's located right outside Akihabara Station and is very easy to find. If you've already registered for the app, the process is very simple. I also really liked that I could change the pickup time up until the last minute. However, since it's located in a building with many restaurants, there was quite a long wait for the elevator at lunchtime and it took longer than I expected to be able to drop off my luggage, so I'm giving it four stars. I have no complaints about the store's service or convenience.

Confusing on how to get there as the maps was sending us to the other side of the building. However the staff were easy to talk to and understood straight away.
