  • super simple to drop off and pick up my only issue was initially finding it as it was on the top floor of the building. granted there were signs everywhere telling me this so it was my fault but just a heads up to any trying to use this location. super easy overall and i recommend if your going to be in the area like i was.

  • Very helpful people and A1 for luggage storage. It’s the Big Echo counter on the 7th floor. Some confusion about opening hours but this place only seems to open at 3pm.

  • Excellent service. For those with a lot of luggage or very large items and don't want to go crazy looking for free coin lockers. The service is located inside the KARAOKE area between floors 7 and 9, if I'm not mistaken. So, you have to enter the building, take the elevator, and go up to the karaoke area.
