Discover Kyobashi Station luggage storage

Fantastic service. We did have to wait in a line when we arrived as it was a very popular spot for leaving your baggage. But it was quick and timely. We left our bags there for about 8 hours. They tagged and photographed all bags and put them out of the way for safe keeping. Great experience, would definitely use them again if we needed to!

Super convenient location near Tokyo station. Drop off and pick up was super easy and the staff was super nice. They tag your luggage and take a picture of it and it's uploaded to the app. Highly recommended!

Easy and friendly service. Stored bags for 6 days no problem

It's a self-service service where you scan a QR code and pay by card only. It's a hotel that stores your luggage. The staff speaks limited English, but I was able to leave my things safely for a couple of hours, as it's impossible to find empty lockers inside the station. As a tip, go early to collect your luggage, as it takes a while to bring it down. Otherwise, it was very helpful. Thank you.

It seemed like I was the first customer to check in luggage, so they were a little confused, but it was no problem. I didn't have to carry heavy luggage around.

Fast both delivery and collection.

The location was a little tricky to find and lift was very small. When we wanted to add a piece to avoid carrying around a violin, it seemed very complicated as the booking had to be done in advance online.

A good location, it is on the fourth floor, the attendant was very quick, but observe opening hours.
