To be honest we were a bit dubious about using this service but it worked like a dream and cannot recommend highly enough. Would definitely use in the future with great confidence. Charming lady who remembered my husband when he collected our car two weeks after we left it v with her.

Really lovely owner of barber shop, she speaks English too which is helpful! Very quick and easy to find as well as the process itself. Just a 8 minute walk from Marunouchi Central Exit, keep to the left & you'll see a sign outside. Also, cheaper than luggage storage places in Tokyo Station. Will definitely use again!

Very friendly service. Nice barbershop. All and all very good. Just a tip for the bagage owners, googlemaps might make you want to walk around the station. Try to find the Marunouchi exit, that is the fastest way to the barbershop and the Shinkansen entry is also nearby, that exit. Happy bounce experience:).
