When I arrived the elevator is small but not terrible to make two trips up and down if you have many bags. The gentleman greeted me at the lower level and made sure I got in and up securely. When I gave an estimate for a pickup time and I had to come later than that they made it work and were accommodating. Would definitely use again and felt professional.
