It’s a great service, however the girl who served me was quite rude. When I went to pick up my bags she was very unhelpful, at first saying my bags were at a different location. I got it sorted in the end but my advice is hang on to your baggage tickets, don’t rely just on the QR code.

It was a bit difficult to find the location, but once I figured out where it was the staff were very friendly and it was quick and easy.

It was very easy and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Mind that the inside looks like a pharmacy, so you just have to go in and they keep your luggage in there.

Maybe hang outside a information because luggague storage, was first difficult to find. But a employee helps me. Very friendly.

It should be noted that it is on the 4th floor so if you have heavy luggage, prepare yourself mentally and physically. My suitcase weighed around 20kg, but I made it, little by little we reached the summit. The checkout guy was super nice and helped me carry it down. Recommended excellent price
