Staff helped us with the stairs and was really nice.

Although the location wasn't clearly marked, I kept wondering, "Is this the place?" Luckily, I went inside and asked. It was much more comfortable to be able to temporarily store your luggage and free up your hands to travel.

The hotel staff was really friendly and nice. Everything was stored properly. I had no issues navigating to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly, and near Nippori station! No problem with bringing or collecting the bags. Easy to find with google maps

Super close to the station, easy to find and very kind staff who lifted our bags up the (3) steps and even gave us a cold face wipe on arrival - it was a 36 degree day and his kindness was so appreciated by my family of 5!
