We checked in two bags and had no problem with dropping them off and picking them up with a mobile QR code. Staff took a picture of the bags at drop off and pick up. much better than trying to ship it to another part of Japan and dragging it to the next hotel.

- Actually really amazing, my flight wasn’t until late at night and my accomodation wouldn’t let me keep my bag there while I went out for the day, so I booked and hour before it opened and when I got there it was super simple, entered the hotel told them I had booked to drop my bag off, they tagged it and away I went, free day no 12kg bag I had to lug around, it was also extremely cheap to have my bag stored $7.50 aud, def use if in a pickle like me !!
