We checked in two bags and had no problem with dropping them off and picking them up with a mobile QR code. Staff took a picture of the bags at drop off and pick up. much better than trying to ship it to another part of Japan and dragging it to the next hotel.

Near Akasaka Station Exit 2Google Maps - Actually really amazing, my flight wasn’t until late at night and my accomodation wouldn’t let me keep my bag there while I went out for the day, so I booked and hour before it opened and when I got there it was super simple, entered the hotel told them I had booked to drop my bag off, they tagged it and away I went, free day no 12kg bag I had to lug around, it was also extremely cheap to have my bag stored $7.50 aud, def use if in a pickle like me !!
