Luggage storage Near Akasaka Station Exit 2

Super helpful staff. Had no idea the business was inside such a lovely hotel! Both drop off and pick up of my luggage went smoothly and it was a great help when having to do early checkout with a late flight. Would definitely recommend for any with the same situation.

Actually really amazing, my flight wasn’t until late at night and my accomodation wouldn’t let me keep my bag there while I went out for the day, so I booked and hour before it opened and when I got there it was super simple, entered the hotel told them I had booked to drop my bag off, they tagged it and away I went, free day no 12kg bag I had to lug around, it was also extremely cheap to have my bag stored $7.50 aud, def use if in a pickle like me !!

The process was really easy and Anne who helped me was very accommodating.

The bounce is actually the hotel front desk at the corner so don’t look for a separate bounce logo.

Easy to find and was able to drop off my luggage at 5am! I had a suitcase, backpack, and a zippered gift bag. Everything was safe and nothing was stolen.

Location was a bit confusing to find at first. I got a little unlucky and the staff that helped me were not very welcoming, the front desk never greeted me and looked at me struggling with my bags. Bouncer is a good system, I just got unlucky with my people that assisted me.
