Clothes and shoes scattered everywhere didn’t exactly fill me with confidence of the security of our luggage, but everything went smoothly, no complaints :)

Easy to find, very close to victoria coach station. Minus points- you can get your bag stolen for sure. When collecting they gave us key, we went downstairs alone and collected. Couldve taken any bag, literally

They did not verify our luggage with our stubs, anybody could have taken any luggage from their storage place

When i picked my stuff up, they just gave me a key to let myself in, didn’t supervise anything or check whether or not i took the correct luggage. My luggage was all intact though, so i can’t really complain much. Just felt a tad less secure.

Excellent location 6 min from Victoria Coach Station walking. -Excellent that it s Open 24/7. Excellent Price. Excellent Staff. The only disappointing point is that the storage room is in a cellar and the Staff opens the door for u and the u can Wander in this room unsupervised, exposing your bag to theft, so I didn feel that confident Leaving my bag there even though I put a locker on it. In the end I found the bag as I left it so I was relieved and satisfied with the service.

Lovely staff, really helpful

Friendly staff not miles away from the station, maybe a 5/10minute walk. Only downfall is luggage is kept down stairs so not ever so easy to carry up and down if larger bags are needing to be stored, however I was asked if I needed help.
