  Yes. Open your booking details in the Bounce app or use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit the dates, drop-off time, pickup time and number of bags. Before changing pickup, make sure the location will still be open.

• Can I cancel my luggage storage booking?

  Yes. Cancel from your booking details before check-in for a full refund to your original payment method. Bounce doesn’t charge cancellation fees.

• Are there size, weight or item restrictions for luggage storage?

  There’s no standard size or weight limit for Bounce luggage storage. Most locations can take backpacks, suitcases and larger items, but they still need enough space for unusual items such as skis, bicycles or sports equipment. It doesn’t cover bookings made outside Bounce, prohibited, certain fragile or improperly packed items, abandoned bags, replacement costs or extra travel expenses. Book through Bounce, photograph each bag at drop-off and contact support within 24 hours of the booking end to make a claim.
