Really easy experience. Once I located Bounce was at the reception for the Hostel 😅 Very friendly staff making a pain free experience! Used as was travelling and heading to a show at Hammersmith Apollo that evening. Would recommend.

Polite and speedy check-in. Bags were kept behind the check-in counter and we were given tickets for each bag. (Unlike some other Bounce sites where the luggage was pretty much all out on a public shelf.) Super-convenient to Underground station, busses, Apollo, etc.

Very pleased. Went straight from work to a gig and they won't let you in with big bags anymore. This was central, quick and staff lovely. Probably cheaper than a cloakroom. Would recommend.

Perfect place to leave may suitcase and bag when I was going to a gig at the Apollo. The check-in system was easy at the front desk of the bar using the QR code, they took me downstairs to a locked cloakroom and gave me baggage labels. I was happy the bags were safe and secure. Easy pick-up afterwards, would recommend.
