  • Admittedly skeptical at first but what an easy and safe process. The employees at the spa were so nice and I felt comfortable leaving my luggage. Although not in a locked area, it’s in the very back of the spa and tucked away. Highly recommend if you need a few hours of reprieve without your luggage. Cannot stress enough how easy this process was. Will definitely use this service again.

  • Highly enjoyed this place! Thank you to the wonderful women who work here. The bags were stored in the open but in a secure corner. It felt very safe, the women were amazing and even allowed us to change in one of their rooms. Huge thanks!!!

  • Friendly people. Good experience. I wished they have a store room for luggage so it's not easily accessible to salon customers. But as long as no valuables in your luggage, you're in good hands.

  • Great experience. I was worried at first because the luggage was not secured in a closet or anything. We put our luggage in a corner in the back of a nail salon and were told “don’t worry, it’s safe” we were out all day and came back and the luggage was exactly as we left it.

  • Ladies here are so lovely. They let us store bags for an extra hour at no extra charge on the day. One thing that struck me was the fact that luggage storage or 'Bounce' is not advertised anywhere out side the beauty salon. Also check the opening times before you book.
